SuiteBags is a personalised luggage pickup and delivery service for travellers, designed to make your journey easier before check-in and after check-out.
Request pickup and delivery through the website. A professional driver comes to your chosen address, stores your bags securely for as long as you need and delivers them to your destination. Our team is available to help.
The price depends on storage time, the number of bags and their type. Send your trip details to receive a quote before any payment.
Your driver seals each bag with a tamper-evident seal bearing a unique code. During the service, you have access to the contact details of the driver responsible for your luggage.
Contact our team with your request ID to make changes. Cancellation is free until midnight on the day before pickup. For same-day pickups, you can cancel free of charge within 30 minutes of confirmation. On the pickup day, cancellations up to 30 minutes before pickup incur 50% of the service cost. No-shows and all other cases incur the full cost. See the Terms and Conditions for the full booking conditions.
